Nova SaaS
UX/UIDesign System

Context
Nova was scaling fast, but its interface couldn’t keep up.
As new features were introduced, navigation became cluttered, key actions harder to discover, and visual consistency across screens started to break down.
The goal of this project was to redesign the product interface without disrupting existing workflows, while making the system clearer, more flexible, and ready for future expansion.

Problem
As the product grew, its interface became fragmented and harder to navigate, increasing cognitive load and slowing down everyday tasks
Approach
We focused on simplifying core workflows and replacing page-based layouts with a modular system designed to scale with the product
Navigation restructured
Modular UI system designed
Task and analytics flows simplified
Visual language unified across screens

Solution
Every design decision focused on reducing friction and improving clarity. Instead of adding more visual elements, we simplified the system, unified patterns, and built a foundation that supports long-term product growth
Our work resulted in a cleaner interface, faster workflows, and a flexible design system that keeps the product consistent as it evolves

Outcome
The redesigned interface helps teams move faster, understand the product instantly, and adapt as new features are added. Clear navigation, consistent layouts, and a modular system make the product easier to scale without increasing complexity
The redesign establishes a strong foundation for future development while maintaining familiarity for existing users
